Aaron Heller diametric decoder

Support for Gerzon's Diametric Decoder Theorem (DDT)2 decoding algorithm is derived from Aaron Heller's Octave code available here.

Implementation in the SuperCollider3 version of the ATK is by Joseph Anderson.

Bruce Wiggins irregular decoders

Irregular array decoding coefficients3 (5.0) are kindly provided by Bruce Wiggins.
